Jon Tattersall

President & CEO

Jon Tattersall serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of AWI Management Corporation, bringing over three decades of leadership in housing and housing-related services. A veteran real estate executive, Jon has a proven track record of driving organizational growth, building high-performing teams, and guiding companies through all phases of development—from startup to maturity.

Prior to joining AWI, Jon was President of Thomas James Homes, where he led the company’s multi-market expansion and implemented operational improvements that elevated collaboration and customer satisfaction. His leadership is defined by fiscal discipline, process optimization, and a commitment to measurable impact.

At AWI, Jon is focused on scaling the company’s national footprint while advancing its legacy as a leader in affordable housing management. He is deeply committed to the belief that housing is foundational to opportunity, stability, and dignity—and to ensuring that both residents and property owners benefit from a culture of excellence, innovation, and inclusive growth.

Jim Simpson

Chief Financial Officer

Jim Simpson is Chief Financial Officer of AWI Management Corporation, overseeing all financial operations and supporting the company’s strategic growth objectives. With over 25 years of experience across financial leadership, investment banking, private equity, and legal advisory, Jim brings a multifaceted expertise to AWI’s executive team.

Before joining AWI, Jim held senior leadership roles including CFO at OnsiteIQ, a venture-backed construction intelligence firm, and Corporate COO and CTO at Thomas James Homes, where he led cross-functional operational and technology strategies. Earlier in his career, he served as Managing Director at The McLean Group and co-founded Brown Simpson Asset Management, a $450 million private equity firm.

Jim has raised or invested more than $700 million across 30+ businesses and has taught M&A strategy through the Exit Planning Institute. His deep financial expertise and strategic mindset are instrumental in advancing AWI’s mission and long-term financial strength.

Rachel Miller

Chief Human Resources Officer

Rachel Miller joined AWI Management Corporation as Chief Human Resources Officer in 2024, bringing more than 20 years of experience in talent strategy, organizational development, and performance optimization. She leads all people and culture functions at AWI, fostering a high-performing workforce aligned with the company’s growth and mission.

Rachel’s career spans diverse industries, including leadership roles at a global Am Law 100 law firm and a multi-state general contractor. She has served on three executive teams and is known for building resilient, people-first cultures that support operational excellence and transformation.

Rachel holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, with a focus on servant leadership. Her approach blends strategic foresight with a deep commitment to cultivating inclusive, empowered teams across all levels of the organization.

Bonnie Page

General Counsel

Bonnie Page serves as General Counsel for AWI Management Corporation, providing strategic legal leadership across all areas of the business. A seasoned corporate attorney, Bonnie brings extensive in-house and private practice experience, with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and legal operations.

She has advised companies at every stage of growth—from early-stage ventures to mature enterprises—and has played a key role in structuring complex transactions, raising capital, and navigating regulatory compliance. Bonnie holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and an MBA from the University of Washington Foster School of Business.

Bonnie’s legal acumen and business insight position her as a trusted advisor to the AWI leadership team, supporting the company’s continued growth and national expansion.
