Important note: Form submission and VendorCafe registration does not guarantee a contractual relationship with AWI Management Corporation. All vendor engagements are subject to internal review, approval, and, if applicable, execution of a separate agreement. Current W-9 will be required for Yardi VendorCafe registration.
